In my opinion, the Dark ET Alliance’s mind control manipulation is behind the shooter and the mishandling of security. This would have been such a traumatic event for the USA, plus the timing being only days before the Republican National Convention (RNC) would have been especially chaotic, just what the interlopers enjoy at humanity’s expense. There is growing finger-pointing about the failed assassination attempt against Donald Trump, and many questions being raised about lack of communication and effective coordination between the Secret Service and local police, with photo evidence the shooter was wandering about the scene for at least an hour before the shooting, and multiple people seeing suspicious activities and even warning the police. Was there mind control manipulation to cause confusion and complacency as you have described is a typical feature in carrying out such events so nothing interferes?
