This is also economical, as it costs $14.95 for 150 servings, a 5 month supply. Does this source deliver quality ingredients that are safe to take daily, and is this supplement as or more potent in antiviral activity compared to 50 mL of pomegranate juice?

Given its high content of antiviral elderberry extract and the other constituents, would this supplement be better to add to our list of antivirals and drop pomegranate altogether, or make it higher in rank order but keep pomegranate on the list, especially if the two have somewhat unique modes of antiviral activity?
