As we have learned that outside the Milky Way Galaxy all beings have a direct connection to Creator, the possibility of an actual civilization like Vulcan where the highest objective was suppression or control of emotion, can only exist in the Milky Way Galaxy. Does the Vulcan culture as depicted in Star Trek actually exist in one or more civilizations in the Milky Way Galaxy?
