Our student did a Spirit Rescue for someone, yet I recently was told by you he was not yet in the light, and so I repeated the work prior to our channeling of him. What happened to explain this? Why was he not rescued using the new Protocol request to have previous unsuccessful rescue subjects get an additional round of healing and rescue?

This is exactly as it seems. He was a much more difficult subject to rescue, far more than average. This was very much a consequence of his life and was done in retribution to punish him severely for the spotlight he put on dark doings of many important figures who were carrying out covert programs and whose success or failure depended on secrecy and could be linked to those things he was exposing. And this was avenged by unleashing a severe attack on him with the intent to create a prison to contain him that was heavily defended. It was defended as much by corrupting him further and lowering his vibration further, and this was the major impediment, not that his tormentors had great strength, but that he himself lacked strength. And so, the healing, while successful to some degree, did not begin to turn things around for some time, and required repeated attempts to eventually reach an adequate threshold. This is the major reason these days for failure to have an easy and successful Spirit Rescue of those beings you work on. It is when they are singled out for an especially harsh treatment that they are undermined so very severely that saving them becomes quite difficult. You need not worry about this, because with the Protocol constituted the way it is now with the built-in repeat work, you will eventually reach all those you work on. There may be a lag until successful in getting some to the light, but eventually all will be saved, and you can be sure of this. Healing does work. Just as you see with your clients, some are quickly able to resolve their issues and others require many, many, healing sessions to begin turning around the struggle and symptoms, and see signs of progress. This is no different, being a non-living spirit entity. The problems causing their dilemma are every bit as deep and wide as the lifetime of struggle that often preceded their passing, or the liability for them created by actions while in the living, and this sets them up to have a great liability when they transition and will meet a huge opposing force to impede any progress. This is just another example of the doings of the Extraterrestrial Alliance to harm people in every possible way. Even after they die they will continue to be targeted until they reach the light. When they come back in a new incarnation, they will often be found and then will be seen as an extension of that prior life and then the Extraterrestrial Alliance will renew their attacks in earnest to take them out of action yet again.  They have learned through long experience there are some superior beings who represent a significant challenge to keep them suppressed and contained, and out of mischief, working against them and their agenda. When they see such an individual and detect the signs, they will redouble their efforts through all means available to target them, and this has consequences. Eventually, things work out for all. This is simply another aspect of life. All who incarnate know this can happen but accept the possibility with equanimity, because they know their contribution and its benefits will far outweigh any suffering they may experience. The latter will be limited compared to the potential benefits that will accrue for all time in being a warrior for the light.
