What is behind the electric power substation attacks that have happened across the country recently, two in North Carolina, one in Oregon, and now four in the state of Washington? Are these events, being described as domestic terrorism, related?

These indeed are related in the sense they were all inspired, instigated, and orchestrated entirely by the Extraterrestrial Alliance working through human minions. Such acts of sabotage against the basic infrastructure necessary for safe and comfortable living, are an attack on humanity whether done by extraterrestrials directly, or human beings at their behest. The perpetrators are of two kinds. One is the recruits of the Secret Space Program we relabel the Mercenary Army Program, as this makes an excellent training mission to put recruits through their paces and demonstrate their willingness to do harm when ordered, and then to evaluate their efficiency, effectiveness, and ability to remain silent. This, the mind control works to effect. A perfect assassin will do what they are told and then even have it removed from their memory so there is nothing to confess if arrested or even tortured. The second type of perpetrator is human beings not affiliated with the MAP but who are corrupted through mind control to freelance, so to speak, to carry out an act of sabotage by being manipulated to believe they are somehow helping a cause. There are many individuals who are risk-takers, willing to overstep boundaries, and some who are quite willing to engage in criminality. They are quite handy as human agents, manipulated through mind control to take advantage of their proclivities to cause harm to fellow humans. This is a time-honored way to corrupt and cause damage. This is why you have arsonists and others with perverse ideas. This is actually not only self-serving for the Extraterrestrial Alliance but helps to be a cover for their more deadly and sinister contingent of MAP recruits, who will be more likely to remain on the loose and avoid detection because they are highly trained and working with a kind of robotic precision and thus less likely to make mistakes and be reckless because of uncontrolled emotions. Emotions are used to motivate the others who are corrupted to ramp up passions and take out their hostility on the property and physical being of other humans. If some humans are caught in the act, that reassures everyone there is no pattern of mysterious forces doing this that can never be detected or apprehended, and that such an idea as we are describing is simply a conspiracy theory that is illogical and without merit. These things are being done to cripple your society bit by bit, and are a nice complement to the Environmental Movement to make the generation and availability of energy vital for life, less and less certain. The answer, as always, is divine healing for the source of the problem, the dark spirits and the extraterrestrial puppet-masters, not to mention the humans who have been corrupted, caught in the middle, who will be damaged karmically, from participating in evil.
