A practitioner asks about a video discussing who is controlling the Reptilians: “Are the remote viewers reporting largely accurate information about the Reptilians, and the fact that their leadership aligned itself with a form of Artificial Intelligence centered in another galaxy wholly controlled by this AI intelligence?”

This is not an accurate perception. They are misperceiving the interaction of the Reptilians with their future timeline, the so-called Pleiadians that are not truly Pleiadians but a future extension of the Reptilian civilization. This is why it seems to be coming from outside the galaxy, and why it is of a different nature than perceived as physical beings, because it is in a higher dimension. That is simply a perception of the psychics looking at this influence and interaction. They see it as something attempting to control because there is a feedback loop always from the future coming into the present that influences things to some degree. In addition, there is an intentional impulsing of influencing messages designed to uplift and enlighten the Reptilians in the current timeline. This is a desperate outreach wanting to change the destiny of that race. Like the other extraterrestrial races that have become corrupted and turned away from love and light as a basis of existence, they are in danger of extinction altogether and that would cause the dissolution of the future timeline of the Reptilians in the future life extension.
