What was the meaning of [name withheld] seeing two hummingbirds hover in front of him and do a little “dance?”

This was indeed a divine message to him. It was done to give him reassurance, support, and encouragement to keep going, that he is on track, he is expanding and progressing, and his growth will continue. This is a big “thumbs up” from Creator and was very much intended to be noticed and appreciated in this way. This too is an example of signs of the divine you are always interested in as a spiritual being and a teacher. This is a good illustration of going the extra distance sometimes needed to reassure a questioner, or a doubter, or one who simply fears they may be over‑interpreting things, and may begin to question what they have experienced and are in need of further validation to help with the inner anxiety. In such situations, a small sign, a simple juxtaposition or synchronicity may not do the job because it would be more readily dismissed as coincidence perhaps. This is when something more elegant or spectacular is called for, to truly honor the desire and intention of the person to have something beyond their doubt threshold, so they can truly relax once again and trust they are seeing the world in the correct way, and there is an Almighty Creator available to them and their world.
