Did Reptilians make themselves to look like they do?

Reptilians in their natural configuration are beings created to have that appearance and physical characteristics. And this is a deliberate intention to make them quite remarkable and fierce in appearance to humanoid species, so the latter will be intimidated and cautious in dealing with them. This was a divine strategy to make them formidable looking and effective through their inner makeup as well, in being capable of aggression and thus tough customers in being able to stand up to the older Anunnaki predecessors they would have to tangle with. This was also softened by allowing them the gift of being shape-shifters so they could adopt other configurations to their liking as well, and so are not trapped by that tough exterior and thus limited in any way.
