The extraterrestrials are aware of this functional capability of the mind and exploit it frequently, both through programming psychologically via telepathic instructions as well as technologically, by imposing contravening instructions and information that will override, replace, or magnify something already present, or introduce entirely new ideas and agendas. Much of the droning subliminal programming of electronic media will be communicating with cellular consciousness as well as the subconscious mind levels. Because cellular memory of the brain, in particular, plays a vital role in ongoing thoughts, beliefs, and actions, it is an important arena for manipulation and will be exploited accordingly by the interlopers.
