When were the fallen angels first created; were they in existence prior to the current physical universe, and when did they turn away from the light?

The fallen angels, like many humans, were in existence prior to the formation of the present physical universe. They were not fallen at that point. They were a full-fledged member of the angelic realm with all privileges and responsibilities. Their falling-out came later. It was in a contest with the divine over the issue of their personal power, and this was their undoing, to begin to back away and operate in parallel. But this was followed eventually, and quite predictably, with a decline as their desire for personal benefit and self-satisfaction began to outweigh the importance of their good deeds, and the latter began to decline in depth and breadth of reach. As we have told you before, this is a very slippery slope and one they have not recovered from on their own. They are in peril now through the severe depravity having disconnected them entirely from divine support. They can only be saved by the divine human requesting assistance on their behalf. This is a noble aim and effort, and will help as well in healing the vast karma arising from the many interactions of these fallen ones with human beings down through the ages. As you know, the spirit meddlers were not on the scene within Earth plane during the introduction of the original divine humans, but came later, to infect them and drag them down in like fashion with their own personal undoings through the ever-increasing darkness in their perspectives.
