Your series of probing questions in various settings about why education is so imperfect have led to this deeper revelation, that it is not only the case that the system has other priorities because the teachers and administrators are being manipulated, it is also the case that students themselves are manipulated heavily. And specifically, this is for the purpose of impairing their education, to reduce the rate and effectiveness of learning across the board through engineering complacency and detachment, through the same kind of brain fog you have seen described elsewhere among adults in various settings, where they have an impaired performance and do things unexpected and seemingly careless, or even negligent, without seeming to notice or even be able to see it in hindsight.
It is the acceptance of "normalcy" that is not "normal" which best describes this phenomenon and its effectiveness. Most problems that cause harm create a backlash of some sort, to find someone to blame, to find an explanation why it happened, and normally people will not rest until they are satisfied in getting to the bottom of what happened. But you are not dealing with normal people in normal times. Your culture is being heavily stage-managed to engender a high degree of complacency and to dumb people down, and it starts with the young in earnest. It is easiest to cover that up because young people are starting from scratch with little knowledge at all, and poor ability to communicate. So, they can be held back significantly, and this will be overlooked because it is assumed to just be "developmental variation," and "the student will eventually catch up over time" is the assumption rather than this raising an alarm.
Keep in mind that the whole of the population is being manipulated to render them complacent, so it is easier than ever before for the Extraterrestrial Alliance to manipulate things and get away with it. The intention is to make humans dullards. This makes them easier to manipulate in all respects so they can be herded into holding areas like sheep and made to be compliant by not becoming alarmed or aroused. The reduction in ability to think independently and ask penetrating questions go hand in hand, and this is a prescription for mediocrity, lack of progress, and inability to see the world is in decline even as things are slipping away and old standards and benchmarks fall by the wayside.
