Things have indeed changed as the alien agenda has shifted. This squeezes down the timeline. So what we would say is, barring the most dire eventuality, things will be quite on track to achieve that milestone readily, because the interlopers will be gone and in their absence, the true transformation can take place in earnest. If they do gain victory here, that will change things, but it will be a moot point because few humans will be here, and the need for the repair will in effect go away, except for the remaining slave group who are being used as guinea pigs, for example.
