Was the 9/11 terror attack carried out, in whole or in part, by human recruits in the Mercenary Army Program?

It was carried out in part by the Mercenary Army Program who participated in all levels—sometimes as observers, sometimes taking an active, direct role. As you can appreciate, the overall importance of the enterprise being critical to the plans of the Extraterrestrial Alliance to have this event interpreted as a terrorist attack from dissident Muslims, was to serve as a justification for ramping up war in the Middle East and could not be risked to amateurs. But keep in mind the members of the Mercenary Army Program are seasoned veterans by virtue of extensive multi-year training and even multi-lifetime experience, serving many roles and having had many combat missions under their belt, so to speak. They are highly skilled and intelligent and every bit as ruthless as the extraterrestrials themselves, owing to their strict mind control subjugation to be devoid of conscience and automatically obey each and every command, no matter the consequences to themselves or other humans. This creates a robot-like force with nerves of steel capable of almost anything. The most complex precision maneuvers were done by Reptilians, but with the Mercenary Army Program in tow as assistants and with many as observers, so this served multiple purposes. For some, it served as proving ground to validate the extent of their mind control subjugation to monitor them and follow up to see if they had any recall subsequently of the events when returned to civilian duty, to see if they would object along the way to anything being carried out, and so forth. So this was preparation for the future as well.
