There is indeed a heavy corruption of this agency as well as many government bureaucracies charged with monitoring public activities and the public utilities in particular. There are many corporate interests desiring to stifle government oversight that can be too heavy-handed and restrictive from their perspective because what serves the public good can reduce profits in many cases. This selfishness is not simply the corporate greed inevitable with capitalism, it is a combination of having a capitalist system that rewards the entrepreneur so there is a personal vested interest they naturally take to heart because it is their lifeblood to do what they set out to accomplish, whatever it might be. But the fact they can turn a blind eye to human suffering they themselves cause, and perpetuate human suffering by knowing dangers and suppress the information, this is not normal for human beings to do and is a sure sign there is heavy mind control manipulation to dull their sensibilities and redirect their thoughts and feelings, and suppress inner concern for consequences. It does use the selfish self-interest aspect as a personal justification, so this is simply exaggerated, and the concern for adverse consequences is suppressed from thinking, so the mind will simply avoid engaging. This is a characteristic of mind control manipulation when information, for example, a counterargument, falls on deaf ears and cannot even be discussed intelligently because the individual in question simply will not talk about it and is totally unconcerned, not even recognizing there is something odd in their nonreaction to something clearly of an important nature relevant to their role in life.
So this is very much an ongoing characteristic in how the Environmental Protection Agency and other watchdogs have a very selective way of going about their job. There are some things they are ultrasensitive to and these are carefully selected and supported heavily with mind control manipulation to weigh them very heavily in importance within the minds of the regulators—things that are often trivial and carry a heavy downside from the enforcement because to be scrupulous, as they come to believe and promote, causes a negative economic impact and can even impair human choices and quality of life. While at the same time, they will be ignoring many hazards that can be readily demonstrated to cause widespread problems that can be quite serious—such as the infrastructure being contaminated with the very chemicals used for decontamination—and be unconcerned about potential safety problems and make no effort to do any kind of long-term research as a precaution. This is happening across the board and is always engineered to take as large a toll on humanity as possible, both economically and in terms of human suffering and potential loss of life.
