These phenomena are not a significant influence on intuitive phenomena because the energies are quite different. Solar activity is electromagnetic frequencies of many kinds. There are more subtle energies as well. While the intuitive faculties and their manifestation are based on consciousness and a different level and focus than the majority of the energies emanating from the Sun with things like solar flares.
