This was not a scientifically sound strategy and was more part of the propaganda effort to ensure as high a vaccination rate as possible, because of manipulation to make government officials believe vaccination is the answer and an imperative that must be seen to at the greatest possible level of intensity and completeness. Again, it is extraterrestrial mind control ramping up the fervor behind the government programs and the way they are conducted.
