Can you confirm what we channeled, that free-floating memories are not created and stored by cellular consciousness, and does that apply to thought forms as well?

This is true for both, that the cellular consciousness does not produce either of these, and will not store them intracellularly. They are an external manifestation energetically. They can become lodged in the energy layers of the body, particularly with respect to thought forms, but will most commonly go to their own repositories and these can be queried by the thought plane as well as the deep subconscious and cellular consciousness as well, in the taking stock of how the self is doing overall, and whether there are signs of danger or issues needing attention.
