This is an interesting situation where the land itself has a kind of curse from tribal people who lived at that site and came to feel there was something negative about the land itself because there was a series of misfortunes that took place. So this property has linked to it, not only a karmic residue of negativity from those times of tragedy experienced by former people living there, but also a kind of condemnation as a psychic attack by that tribe, attacking the location as a kind of defense as well as retribution. They did not want to relocate, and so attempted to stem the tide of misfortune but not in the highest and best way. So they, in effect, added to the woes building up on that spot. So the home here now, very much needed a cleansing to remove those energies that permeated the area surrounding it and would be felt indoors as well, because physical walls are not a barrier to karmic phenomena. They are corded to the location through and through, and will be discernible by some people intuitively and be a discouragement in terms of curb appeal for a potential buyer. This has now all been cleansed successfully and will improve the overall feel to make it more welcoming.
