Will she benefit from the planned LHP work for divine healing? What can we tell her about her struggle?

She will benefit from the LHP work but her problems will likely continue, unfortunately, because of her targeted status. So she can take in stride being targeted, but the involvement in the MAP would be best to shield her from. It will not be helpful for her to know, but only weigh on her and ramp up inner fear, and that is not helpful. So to frame this as a need for ongoing vigilance, clearing work, and healing will be the best way to present this idea and give her reassurance that she will be under divine watch and being assisted, and we will do our best to support her and help move things in a better direction to reduce the difficulties she is having with her life.
