It has a much more limited wherewithal to plan, to strategize, or to follow detailed directions to carry out a complex operation of some kind. It is more limited with regard to what it considers and responds to. So in calling on the higher self and Creator, this will train cellular consciousness to sound the alarm to the most appropriate source of help, because the divine realm can do more than another troubled part of the mind that has no clear understanding cellular consciousness even exists, and what it is capable of doing or what it might need in answer to conflict it is facing that is hidden from view, but quite real and urgent for the cellular consciousness to contend with. So you are on safe ground to incorporate and borrow from the existing requests for these kinds of interventions to be mounted, by generating an interplay of outreach by the level of the mind in question with higher self and Creator during the dream state, for the ease of facilitation, and to address the consequences and interactions with both mind and body, so that every aspect, the programming as well as the emotional fallout, can be given healing attention, and this will do the job nicely.
