I just saw a documentary about the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr., that began with a description by a supporter of the morning he left for Memphis where he was assassinated. His kids kept trying to block his path and begged him not to go and she and Dr. King talked on the way to the airport about how strange it was. Was this actually an outreach by the divine realm working through his children as a way to possibly save his life?

As you have seen intuitively, this indeed is the case. The assassination was planned and was ready to be enacted. It is the case that all the doings of extraterrestrials are opposed by the divine realm in theory and in sympathy to the cause of humanity, but cannot be undone or blocked entirely, except for the most extreme of destructive influences. This does not mean the divine realm is powerless. There are many human sympathies, thoughts of love and kindness, that can be enhanced and used as a vehicle to create new possibilities, and to be an influence directly or indirectly on events, even cataclysmic events. It is possible to alter what happens, and the course of human history, with carefully placed love. This could well have happened in this incident because it was not mandated for King to be killed by that plot, and if there could have been a change of heart and a change of plans in response to the pleas of his children, to perhaps forgo that trip in deference to family needs and spend time with them, he would not have been assassinated. That is not to say the plot would not be renewed in a new setting, a new date and time, that would likely have occurred. But even then, the divine realm would endeavor to create opportunity to change the course of events. This is done on a routine basis to help soften the many blows launched against humanity by the dark spirits and the Extraterrestrial Alliance working separately and often times in concert. There are many situations of this kind where we can make a difference, if not prevent the catastrophic events unleashed in an entirety. So the recent hurricane in Florida is an example where this powerful storm moved inland, directly up the center of the state from its southernmost tip. And it was predicted to result in huge storm surges that would flood extremely large areas of the southern Florida cities, which would be ruinous to the dwellings and their occupants. This surge was attenuated as a consequence of prayer to the divine. So people may wonder “Where was God during hurricane Irma?” Our answer is we were holding back the storm surge and attenuating the winds to reduce the impact of their violent actions. We did not prevent the storm or eliminate it entirely, but made a material difference, and that was really the doing of humans. We were using the power of prayer requests that were generated to enable our benefit to unfold. If the prayers had been more fervent, by more people, and with greater belief in the possibility of a divine intervention, and that the humans themselves were worthy of divine rescue, then the storm could have been blocked more completely. So what happened was not God's choosing to limit the benefit to some and allow others to lose their homes or to be killed. This was entirely in the hands of humans to enlist our help or not. We were responding in proportion to the human request. The object lesson in all of this is that we do what humans desire, and so there must be a human response to each and every injustice and inequity, and a corresponding outreach to us with a request for assistance, and support, and healing love, to be brought forth, to assist all—perpetrator and victim both.
