Does this Human Free Will Project encompass many other worlds?

This Human Free Will Project is unique in all of the universe. We understand many will be quite surprised to hear this and this is because most have been programmed now to believe in the existence of powerful extraterrestrial beings, highly enlightened and of a divine-level status yearning to help them and who have many plans underway to do just that. It is shocking and initially disappointing to learn otherwise. This is not to say that many advanced civilizations do not exist. There are many. There are many worlds far more advanced than human in many respects, but that is not hard, given the primitive level of accomplishment of the human race. You are living a surface existence in a material world with a materialist perspective and a quite limited one at that. The awareness of higher realms is meager, and often intermittent and fleeting because it remains a concept more than a reality for the majority of human beings. These advanced civilizations that populate the universe have a measure of autonomy—but not total free will. They have autonomy for a time—but it is a range of possibilities that are very much constrained, to follow certain rules in place that mandate limits on behavior, on conduct, and on the nature of activities that can take place. This is not a bad way to live as you might think hearing this description—after all, these high-level civilizations live with full awareness of the divine and in a divine partnership, but it is one of very prescribed limits. They do not have free choice to do anything they choose, and in that sense are a lower-order being—all of them. They live in a higher vibrational dimension—that does not mean they outrank human—that is simply a physical description of their state of being. They are older in lineage, but they were created to fill a certain role in a certain way and that is all they do. They are experts in their world. They are accomplished beings in what is allowed for them in the range of experiences, but they cannot grow beyond it to a significant degree. They cannot depart wholesale and start a new world of their own. They simply follow a routine established from the beginning. So you are comparing apples and oranges in looking at the extraterrestrials beyond your galaxy in comparison to you yourselves. As a physical animal—which is the nature you are expressing in the moment—you are very much a more primitive-level being physically. The divinity you hold within outranks all of them. We say this not to flatter you, but simply describe the nature of the enterprise and its importance. If you become extinct, it is not akin to extinction of other species on your planet. It is a major tragic loss to the entirety of the universe. It in fact would be a greater loss than disappearance of all the angelics who do much of the day-to-day legwork of divine intervention. You are a higher level than the angelics in the same way you outrank all other extraterrestrial life. There is nothing greater than you except us as the Creator. We say this not to flatter but to make you aware of the responsibility that represents. When you are in charge of your world, we mean that totally. Even getting divine help requires your making a request beyond subsistence level. This is why your fate depends so heavily on you and your actions as a group. You cannot do it as an individual. You must join forces with others and work in common cause for the betterment of humanity. That is using the gift of free will to surmount its inherent complications—and that is the possibility of evil. It is the inevitability of the duality of existence of the free will realm that all is possible. Great joy and bliss, great suffering and torment, the fulfillment of the most lofty dreams and the surrender to humiliation and shame and a need to escape and surrender everything if it can be arranged, even to the ending of one’s life. That is the duality in a nutshell so to speak. Within that canvas of possibilities there is room for amazing greatness. It is for you to choose this role that will make it happen. Without your free-will desire, nothing will advance—and in fact you may go down. You may be overtaken, overwhelmed and destroyed by forces of evil. This is truly what the duality is bringing. Evil has come your way. This is not all bad—because the learning in a thorough sense, including implementation of the changes needed for healing, will prepare you for all of time that awaits you to handle anything that may come your way. So this is a blessing in disguise at the moment as human suffering and lack. It is a stepping stone to your greatness if you embrace your role and believe in the possibility of your bold new future.
