That is a long and complicated story and there are aspects that must be held in reserve at the present time for security-related reasons. But in terms of their impact on human affairs, the LHP will treat them like any other extraterrestrial influence and will work on healing them to the extent they are interacting in a negative way with any other beings in the galaxy, for that is the reach of the Protocol, to be galaxy-wide and work respectively, on the perpetrators and the victims, to bring in the healing needed to raise up all.
