This is a fine idea when considering vulnerability of a person who is on the human level, exposed to a pest or danger using human-level means. The problem is, you are dealing here with extremely intelligent extraterrestrial beings who are far above you in understanding the energetics and physics of how the human body functions, your society and its makeup, and the environment within the earth plane. So the kinds of subterfuge you are envisioning would fall far short of truly protecting someone from the more sophisticated monitoring and location capabilities of the extraterrestrials. So this is not a strategy that can be applied in a practical sense routinely, with any significant reliability and frequency of success.
