Can you please suggest a prayer for divine help to increase a person’s belief quotient as well as belief in themselves so their prayers in general will be more effective?

This is a very worthwhile prayer because it addresses a central issue and dilemma people face when turning to the divine realm for answers, and especially for help in times of need. If a person has neglected their spiritual development, the time to turn to God is not in a crisis because the groundwork is not been laid, the belief quotient may not be in place, the emotional stake in things is too high to remain calm and clear minded and to allow an open state of being, and not constrain what happens through fear, or doubt in the self and one’s worthiness, and so forth. Many, many people at this point are not in good shape to make effective use of prayer to the divine. This is a consequence of many, many years of suppression and subjugation, to make people disenchanted with religion by corrupting it and darkening many of the precepts, and people will turn away realizing this is false, and in reaction may throw the baby out with the bathwater, so to speak. They will sense intuitively that the teachings are not divine and will begin to feel like they are worthless and misguided and then there will be no turning back in many cases. So we can tell you that the best way to pray and get answers is to practice and develop a natural and relaxed and loving interchange with the divine on a regular basis. There is no need for shyness or hesitation. All have standing, all are valued and all are loved. It is perfectly fine to pray regularly and at frequent intervals if desired. This will do much to help develop faith because anything done routinely becomes second nature and those are the things that become truly effortless and are done easily, and accurately as well. This is true in athletics for example, where athletes will practice and practice and practice the same maneuvers over and over again. It pays off at game time when there is a lot on the line, so to speak, and they must perform to carry the day and if they have not practiced and grooved-in those series of operations they will not perform reliably, and their emotions will be more likely to interfere, and mistakes made, and then they may lose against the competition. The same is true in times of difficulty. If one is used to prayer and it is second nature, it will remain so in handling a crisis, and then the outreach to divine realm will be easy and swift with no inner resistance, and no inner restrictions from doubts and fears. So we applaud the question because it is quite important in view of the large numbers of people who are cut off effectively through their own choosing, in turning away from their religious practice. And, of course, even those remaining, practicing in their faith are often following corrupted doctrine and will be using prayers that are ineffective and will disempower them because the words and intentions are faulty. This will only be corrected through growing better understanding of how things truly work and the study of our channelings will help greatly with this. It will enable people to see things through different eyes that are more sophisticated and discerning, so defects and deficiencies will be noted and then the prayers desired can be modified, and often not by so very much, to remove a roadblock or limitation that otherwise would render the outcome quite uncertain, or virtually impossible to achieve a useful result. So we would suggest people make a simple heartfelt request through prayer: “Source Creator, raise me up to feel divine love, to open to divine love, and to express divine love through me in all I do.” This is quite a simple statement and is, in a sense, a generic request because it is using and focusing on the common denominator, both of cultivating a relationship with the divine as well as the energy desired from the divine in the form of both healing and enlightenment. It is love energy from Creator that will serve the person to give them empowerment to be effective with their lives. And this includes engaging the divine realm and allowing them to be effective in what they are requesting, by receiving what is intended and often greatly needed. So a simple exercise to request being open to love accomplishes many things potentially and serves in the exercise itself to work those muscles of connection—to desire a dialogue, to desire a communication to be heard, and to desire an action in kind that has been requested, and also a result within the self upon receipt of the divine gift. All of these elements are encompassed in one short, very simple request, and this also serves as a kind of conditioner and a way of helping the person stand strong and to be less stressed in their day, by focusing on a higher vibration and a higher outcome, and this as well will flex the right muscles, so to speak, in using the prayer apparatus, and the plan as well is put into motion as to what is desired and what will be done with the energy that comes as a response to the request. So this is something that has value on an ongoing basis. It is not a specific request for a specific event, or specific physical change, or something that has to happen on a particular date and time. It is an all-purpose lifelong need to be in the flow of love, and to feel the effects, and to be in harmony. If this is accomplished all else can be accomplished as well.
