She continues to be targeted, unfortunately, so that experience is simply harassment being done to unnerve her and stir up inner fear. As you know, there are many tactics like that done over and over again to keep people off balance, and up at night in many cases. We are working on the problem but it will take time. As is usually the case, when high-level targeting like this is involved, it takes a considerable time to gain the upper hand and enable a person to break free completely from the grip of the interlopers.
