The practical limit is determined by who is doing the outreach on their behalf. This is why a seasoned practitioner with long experience will do better in most cases. But anyone pure of mind and heart can be a force to summon the divine realm. They, however, will lack the understanding to make the detailed requests for healing preparation that are a part of the Lightworker Healing Protocol, so even with the purity of intention and a pure heart and a full engagement of compassion, may still fall short for some struggling lost souls because of the depth of their difficulty and the need for humans to work on them first, because they have human issues, human-created, that need human solutions in order for the divine realm to take things from there. We cannot overturn human doings in all respects. This must be done by the humans themselves in many cases, or we must stand aside and let their handiwork prevail. This is part of free will and free agency. So this is the virtue of using the Lightworker Healing Protocol as the means to bring about the rescue as opposed to a simple or even a fancy prayer request done with lots of trappings and ritual and even by a group of individuals working together as a congregation. It may still fall short because of the power of the individual to decide their own fate. It may overrule a group outreach if healing is not done first to help counteract bad decisions by the suffering spirit.
