If this is possible, could Creator recommend a prayer/intention we can attach to each harmful virus that will help every human infected with an ultimate positive benefit?”

What you are asking for cannot be done in a meaningful way. The consciousness of the virus is not configured in a way that lends itself to conveying such information or having a change in purpose or function within its own being that could alter what it does. Essentially, it is a kind of robotic organism in that it has consciousness but a very limited repertoire of function that is a reaction to the environment. It has no ability to move about so it is something that is relatively short-lived and must be in a favorable setting in order to come to life, so to speak, and have an influence on its surroundings, which is the problem of concern here if it is infecting a human being. This is why appeals directly to the divine to handle such organisms is the highest and best way to alleviate the problem. This the divine can do, so a solution implemented on the level of those organisms themselves is unneeded.
