Your procedure is perfectly fine to follow. It is very useful to have a written list of targets of interest that are the highest priority clients to be worked on. This gives focus and powers the session with additional intention, rather than having routine where you have had the clients in mind at some point but may go and launch the session with a rapid-fire series of requests and just reference the early creation of the list without a restatement of that priority. Taking the time at the outset, or at some point along the way, to focus on key recipients, to hold within the mind and heart a sincere desire for their betterment, and an earnest request and expectation for the greatest possible healing benefit to reach them will add significantly to the outcome. So your system provides a neat way to organize things and see to these details and not leave anything out, and that is a very effective way to conduct the business of healing.
