He will receive a number of blessings because the deep karmic repair will be just what is needed to help resolve things. The first order of business is to prevent the worsening of physical functioning and that is within reach. It will take some time, and particularly to reverse things to a state of normalcy. That may or may not happen, but the key is to not have his life end prematurely. He can live with some impairment of function, so this need not be a devastating eventuality causing him to die young. We are optimistic here he will make gains, so we say, "full speed ahead!"
