Would this comprehensive request replace the need for many of the steps describing the specific phenomena, which include a general request for their healing, but in a less detailed fashion?

As we mentioned previously, there is value in retaining the existing individually stated requests because that is what puts the individual phenomena on record by name and gives an overall organization and listing of the various applications that will be addressed through the workings of the Protocol. This will ensure the practitioners have in mind all of these necessary component parts and the duty to see they are addressed and healing applied. That is enough of a reference, that the prior broad specification given about the transmuting of the negative energies into positive ones for healing will inform the divine healing team how to go about the work with respect to that energetic reassignment, and a matching to provide a more elegant and efficient way of proceeding overall with each individual step of the Protocol being done in that fashion. So there is value, even if it becomes partially redundant in actuality. To have the humans hold the intention, it is good to have things made explicit, up to a point, so the terminology will be in mind and the intention to address each individual phenomenon, rather than have that read as part of the training in the manual but thereafter never referred to again. So this will be a good balance to add but not take away.
