She is not being targeted in a high-level sense by the Cabal, but she is being tormented within as she has picked up spirit attachments that are bullying her and stirring up inner fear through triggering of the inner awareness of prior trauma in other lifetimes that is quite intense in nature and keeping her in a constant state of inner torment. This has been wearing her down and undermining her well-being. The planned session with your Protocol will be just the ticket for helping turn things around now.
