Is a roundup of dark spirits at spirit portals already being done by the divine realm, if it is a viable strategy?

This is currently not being done except as convenience and juxtaposition of energies brings it about through a fortunate convergence of divine and spirit meddler presence to overlap so they can be netted and dealt with. That is different than having a kind of stakeout with an ongoing monitoring for the purpose of capturing the spirits trafficking among locations through the portal network, so it is very much akin to the idea of netting fish passing through narrow waterways they might need to traverse to reach spawning grounds, for example.
