DWQA QuestionsCategory: Coronavirus COVID-19COVID-19 cases are rising numerically in many places in the US, totals have spiked briefly above the peak in May and many are predicting the trend to worsen. Are we seeing the consequences of an inevitable spread of the pandemic, or have there been new deliberate introductions of the virus?

Both of these things are true, in addition to which the capability in recent months to conduct widespread testing is adding greatly to numbers of people known to have been infected, even though they may be asymptomatic or only have mild symptoms not requiring a doctor’s visit let alone hospitalization. There is an intent to worsen things with a series of disappointing blows by letting things improve for a time and then pulling the rug out, so to speak, by causing a flare-up in cases through deliberately reinjecting the virus into the environment through the usual means of orchestration, so you are not out of the woods yet. Viral pandemics are not natural occurrences to begin with. When the pandemic has been launched and a decision made to move on to other things, there will be a natural fade with some shared characteristics that will allow it to eventually burn out, so to speak, but when that might happen is in the hands of the interlopers in deciding how much pain and suffering they want to get from each new organism brought forward as a weapon against humanity—that remains to be seen in this case.
