When one is fully enlightened (or healed of all past karma), are the visual, auditory, and kinesthetic faculties all at maximum availability simultaneously, at all times?

This is in fact the case. When you are expressed with a full complement of the original divine human capabilities, you will have a full complement of modes of perception with seamless intuitive awareness and communication for any desired target and the messages will have a rich array of sensory perceptions accompanying them for emphasis and to provide greater clarity about shades of meaning, so communication will be powerful, direct, and provide comprehensive knowledge and awareness. When you can see, hear, feel, and know the true meaning of what you are experiencing, you will have a profound capability to advance through learning and experiencing whatever you take on. You will not be groping in the dark with but a fleeting glimpse and hints about the meaning of something or be cut off for all practical purposes entirely, through a dulling of the sensing. You will enjoy this capability in the future once humanity has ascended. That will only happen with significant and profound preliminary healing work to repair the old karmic burdens. That will pave the way to the further expansion of things, so there is much work to be done before you will be ready.
