A viewer asks: “I listened to an interview between Catherine Austin Fitts and Jon Rappoport about coronavirus as a “plandemic.” She stated, and this is not the first time I’ve heard it, that: “Whoever is at the top of this thing is not human.” Could you ask Creator if this is the result of understanding the presence of ETs, or is it metaphor?”

This is a metaphor only at this point. There is not a serious consideration of an extraterrestrial plot, but the assumption being it is a human one done by the Cabal wanting to disrupt the financial system or, at a minimum, being so careless that is being risked and coming into actuality whether fully intended or not, but this is not a revelation along the lines you might think knowing what you do about the extraterrestrial presence.
