A viewer asks: “China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology reported that the number of cellphone users dropped by 21 million in February 2020 compared with November 2019. Cellphone use in China has expanded exponentially for years, but suddenly it dropped by 21 million. This does not mean that 21 million people died. But it allows a reasonable inference that millions either died or were infected or were associated with businesses that closed their doors and discontinued service. Whatever the particulars, it paints an entirely different picture than the 82,000 “official” infections.” Is there a prosaic explanation or is this reflecting an official coverup?

The latter is very much the case here. This is an example of bureaucratic blindness where the cat is being let out of the bag, so to speak, because this statistic is very revealing of something very much amiss. There will, suddenly, not be cessation of so many cellphone users’ services without a major disruption of some kind befalling them. So all of the reasons you stated are coming into play here. It is an aggregate consequence of many events, all attributable to there having been a greater impact of this epidemic than publicly acknowledged by the Chinese Government. They were reacting to mind control manipulation to suppress discussion. So it is not a cynical and sinister coverup intending to hurt the entire world by withholding the truth as long as possible, they were simply being duped as is true of all humanity who were made complacent to varying degrees through mind control manipulation in the early days of the epidemic stretching into weeks. Very, very few were truly sounding an alarm that this could get wildly out of hand and become a global pandemic of tremendous scope. The official watchdogs are prepared and ever vigilant looking for signs of an emerging pandemic so they can take action and do the appropriate monitoring to guide public officials with the best strategies and timely deployment of resources and safeguards. That was all hindered to varying degrees by the complacency engineered artificially even within their own agencies. So pointing fingers here is not a useful exercise. All humans are in the same boat together, all are victims, and all are under manipulation by the extraterrestrials in multiple ways at all times.
