This is a fine idea and is shaping up to be very useful. This is the whole concept of a meeting of the minds. It can be a meeting of the minds and be a meeting of the hearts as well when people apply their talents in unison and in parallel to share with one another their inner wisdom gained through experience and share their energies to benefit the work of one another. This is when true miracles are ever more likely. This has been reflected in the Scriptures as well, the power of souls working in harmony wanting the same objective. There is a synergistic effect, and all that is needed is a good working relationship, a spirit of camaraderie and cooperation, an openness and a trust in sharing experiences with others so the group does not become contaminated with a naysayer who creates doubt and points of friction. People are often more sensitive than they seem and it can be highly destructive to question people and confront them too directly. So the only problem with relying on group interaction of this sort is when there is someone too negative who can misguide and misdirect others because of their own inner issues that may get in the way of their judgment. That requires some adroit management of the situation by those who are able to see a problem brewing.
