A practitioner asks: “When we pray in partnership with the divine, I feel like we aren’t just talking and asking – we are comingling with divine energy. Is that correct? Am I doing something wrong?” What can you tell her?

This is an example of being on the slippery slope we have described where the practitioner can inadvertently begin to take charge of things through their keen desire to help and then step into the lead to move forward with bringing in a healing energy for something they can see is present intuitively. This must always be honored by the divine realm as a human choice to carry out the work. Even though not starting with this intention at any point, if the human moves to act in a direct way through applying their own energy to the problem they witness, the divine must stand down and let the human energy carry the load. The risk here is in limiting the benefit to the client by having only human-level benefits allowable. It is in the best interest of the client and the practitioner as well to get the utmost one can from the process. It will serve both client and practitioner fully to have the full power of the divine brought to bear. After all, this will not happen without the participation of the practitioner as advocate for the client in making an informed series of requests based on what is known of the client’s dilemma, but enumerating all possible categories of adversity and requesting specific divine healing procedures be brought to bear to work through them systematically and thoroughly. That is the strength of the Protocol compared to people simply praying on their own for their life troubles. It is a position of great power and control enjoyed by the human practitioner and a necessary role to play in the bargain. You are not there simply as a token to receive some credit simply gifted by the divine as a gesture without much more meaning than a pat on the back. You are vital to the process and its success, from first to last, to be the advocate with a desire for help and a compassionate mindset and heartfelt desire for the client’s benefit, including yourself, and then to focus and pay attention to what you are doing to stay on track with the Protocol, to hold the intention of each step in your mind and heart as well to see it is addressed, given its due with a witnessing, and work one’s way through systematically and thoroughly, even while letting the divine realm work behind the scenes and content oneself in following a pre-scripted series of audio prompts. This whole process is intentionally designed to achieve the greatest state of perfection one can. All that can be done in advance to foster success is to have the entirety of the Protocol explicitly stated for you so there is no requirement for memorization. Everything will be included and given word for word in the best way. The only burden then on the practitioner is to follow along and stay focused on what unfolds, to be present, to hold one’s intention for each step to be enacted, and to give an interval for witnessing while one maintains the intention of implementation, while not letting go and letting the mind wander too greatly because you are a part of a healing circuit that commences, but it will not be, ideally, your energy flowing to the client, but that of the divine through you. You will be participating because the flow of energy will be into you and comingling with your own so, in that sense, what you are sensing is the fact you are a conductor of divine energy and a necessary link in the chain of events. Creator’s energy connects to you and your combined energies connect to the client and this completes the circuit. You will be a two-way conduit for the duration of the Protocol. The key is to not change your intention to make the focus your energy alone. That will stop the divine flow, so you will be shutting off the majority of the power because Creator’s energy will be greater than yours and then what passes on to the client will come from you and not the comingled energy that is desired here.
