The Pleiadians said the “Council of Twelve” that always meet during the fifteen years of rulership transfer for those controlling Earth, have not met, and apparently there is nothing calendared either. What does this mean for the alien plans in terms of the likelihood and timeline to annihilation?

This, in fact, is also true and it makes the timeline less certain now. That does not mean that the plans have died on the vine, so to speak, only that a date certain becomes less definable. It may, in the end, have had little effect on the timeline compared to the first laid plans. So time will tell to what extent this will be a distraction or diversion sufficient to alter the local doings within the solar system and the fate of the Earth and the human population hanging in the balance. Keep in mind that the Anunnaki are not even needed to carry out the annihilation, only to supervise it to their satisfaction. It will largely be carried out by the human contingent of mercenaries with the support and supervision and leadership directly of the Reptilians and the Arcturian contingent, in particular the alien Greys, in the main assisting with transport and communications to coordinate the efforts, as well as deployment of a human clone army to mop up stragglers as is the current planning. So it is too early to get excited about a wholesale change in things simply because of some political infighting and turmoil on the home planet. Keep in mind the other partners of the Extraterrestrial Alliance have their own agendas. At this point, it is only the alien Greys who want to have a long-term relationship with humanity for purposes of study to incorporate some of their mysterious capabilities within their own makeup, particularly the ability to reincarnate as individuals which they lack being robotic. It is a fool’s errand but they do not know this. Life is still a mystery to them, but their Arcturian controllers have waning interest in humanity and this is true of the Reptilians as well, and who have the greatest level of disdain. So there could well be a unilateral action knowing that it would still be viewed favorably by the Anunnaki to have the others enact the Plan A, as has been discussed, even though it would be a technical violation in not having the go-ahead from the Anunnaki leadership. But so far there has not been a disturbance in the Anunnaki present on the Earth to cause a withdrawal or a changeover in personnel that could be a disruption in things. So there is no need to overinterpret this as either a good or a bad sign. In many ways, it reinforces the fact that the Anunnaki have more urgent things to contend with than the games they play with humanity and until that is sorted out, things will be essentially on hold barring unilateral action by other contingents with a stake in the future.
