You are sorting through the important issues and questions here quite nicely. What she was doing was seeing the precise sequence through which a soul becomes connected to a fetus within the womb. The DNA of the genome is present within the gametes that come together to result in fertilization and the embryo begins to form through the cellular division commencing with the combining of the DNA from the mother within the egg and the father within the sperm cell that unite. It is sometime later that the final decision is made to proceed with things. The planning will have been ongoing all along the way but the action commences with the subsequent steps to take advantage of the developing embryo and unite a soul to it.
This happens first through a connection with interdimensional DNA and that is an extension itself of the soul of the incoming being and that is why it was shown as a two-step process because this accurately depicts what takes place. There is a gathering up of the interdimensional DNA that exists as a component of the cell activity. It is much like the akashic records, there is a repository of interdimensional DNA specifically for the purpose of informing living soul extensions about soul characteristics as a kind of foundational set of traits, attributes, soul characteristics in general, and the desires of the soul to do what it wants the most to see happen and be a part of.
This is constantly evolving and so, in this way, the repository of interdimensional DNA is much like the akashic records, it grows over time and becomes more and more complex with many layers of added information and energetic signatures coming from the soul as a response to lives lived in the past, present, and future, much in the way the akashic records record everything that happens. So the interdimensional DNA repository is a record of the growth of soul expression in a form that influences the direction of a soul extension launched into being as a separate entity such as a physical human life forming within the womb.
