Is the emergence in China of a multi-drug-resistant strain of Klebsiella pneumoniae that is 100% fatal, truly the result of natural mutation by the organism to evade all the available treatments, or is this strain engineered deliberately by the interlopers to be especially deadly and was unleashed to be another source of lethality against humanity?

The latter explanation is the correct one here. This strain of bacteria did not become a more deadly pathogen by mutation in response to antibiotic exposure that applied selection pressure for a resistant strain to emerge and then flourish unopposed, as can happen with pathogenic organisms commonly treated with antibiotics. The true explanation is that this strain has been specifically engineered to ramp up its virulence and will be a formidable challenge to treat because of its resistance. This is part of the broader strategy to interfere with humanity across the board by worsening all of the ways used currently to slow humanity down and hinder happiness and prosperity.
