A client asks: “I assume, as an extension of the Divine, that I too may have contributed (in some minuscule way) to the ‘creation’ of this current human paradigm, so I am aware (if this thinking is correct) of this irony and consequently that much of the anger and confusion I feel toward the Divine should probably also be directed at myself! All I do know is that I am overwhelmed by the extreme pain and suffering I see around me – and I’m quite sure I’m not alone in this. Does God face a similarly conflicted mindset or feeling with regard to this question and if so, has God discovered/explored any ‘better or alternate’ paradigms?”

As we have shared with you previously, we feel very deeply the pain and suffering on the part of each and every being. Not only the human but the nonhuman participants in this grand experiment. There are many creatures that suffer because of inhuman conduct and treatment as well as the actions of the interlopers wanting to interfere with your world and create dilemmas to impair human choices and darken their world. There are many ways you will feel pain and suffer from this destruction within the world itself to cause natural disasters, for example, plagues of various kinds even in the animal and plant communities to cause loss of species, interfere with crops needed for food, and on and on. With all of this happening, it is inevitable that many will suffer from a secondary consequence. People are designed to resonate with nature. It is their nest and designed as a beautiful home specifically for them. Anything that hurts the environment will be felt and perceived as a degradation and a loss, both, so these acts of a perverse corruption and degradation strike at the heart of the human enterprise and the quality of life suffers accordingly. We feel this need for healing, and work avidly on a continual basis to assist each and every time and place we can but we are invited to weigh in less and less as time goes by and, accordingly, are left on the sidelines as a rule watching and feeling along with you all that happens but powerless to intercede. To be true to you and the potential we set out for you to achieve, the stakes are too high for us to rush in and disrupt things unilaterally. That would short circuit the experiment and render it meaningless in the end. If you only continue to survive and prevail through being assisted at every turn to sidestep the life lessons provided by karma to correct wrongdoing of yours, you will not learn the lesson, you will not grow, and you will not be entitled to the fruits of the growth that otherwise would occur. We cannot give you a diploma if you graduate without being tested and passing your exams, so to speak, that is what life is bringing you. It is a kind of contest for you to demonstrate your capability, your perseverance, your resilience, and your faithfulness in adhering to divine principle. Many fail, again and again, but then find a way to regain their balance and begin a process of healing. This is what we want to see happen so we are standing by and assisting those who do ask for our help. This is getting the process going. It can build in momentum and overtake the interference of the interlopers and turn this all around ultimately if enough people become motivated to join in the requesting through prayer or doing healing work. That is what we want to see happen, not to see endless suffering through endless spans of time. That serves no one. It takes away from all that we represent as the origin of love in the universe and all that love implies with the level of greatness and the unlimited expansion of possibilities. For that is what love is and why it feels so good—it is an ultimate power that uplifts, and that upliftment is joyous and magnificent and more delightful than words can express when felt in its higher forms and levels of power. You are nowhere near understanding that potential as physical humans but that is also why we can be patient and even tolerate the widespread suffering you speak of and feel so dearly. It is knowing the potential you have within, as a family of beings of divine origin, of tremendous divine capability, and possessing a divine future that has been mapped out for you through divine love and wanting you to have a larger share in the universe of possibilities. A wider involvement and a deeper participation to not only continue to thrive but to flourish and grow with greater depth and breadth than you can imagine at the present time. That is what to us justifies tolerating this seemingly endless slog through time seemingly getting nowhere. That is not truly the case. It has been a huge span of time, to be sure, but you are accomplishing much. It is not enough yet to remove the thorn in your side but that day is growing closer and we see the possibility of its removal through your wanting this to be so and making your desire known through direct requests to us for assistance and upliftment. That can change everything.
