A viewer asks: “I had a session with a healer. He discovered I had an AI implant in my brain. It was a 666 implant otherwise known as a Templar Seal. The purpose was to restrict my connection with my oversoul. Would these sorts of implants affect my ability to reach Creator? Would it hinder my ability to deliver the Protocol? Also, I found out that my family is being targeted with directed energy weapons and I was wondering if the Protocol is effective on that front?”

This is a psychic perception that you have been subjected to manipulation to downgrade your intuitive gateway to the divine. This is true for all humans and does not make you unique in this regard. This particular implant was an extra manipulation done along the way to ensure that you were being contained to a somewhat greater degree. This does not mean you are devoid of intuitive ability—the constraints are not total. In addition to which, it does not matter to what extent your intuitive sensing and reception of intuitive information has been constrained or even eliminated entirely, Creator will still always know all of your thoughts and is sharing your life with you. You are never separate from Creator no matter what the circumstances or the manipulations involved, so you have no need to fear your effectiveness in doing work with the Protocol. All of your Protocol requests will be heard and will be enacted according to your energetic reach based on your spiritual development, your belief quotient, and the power of the intention you bring to the exercise, as is true for all practitioners, or all who use ordinary prayer for that matter. You are under no handicap here whatsoever other than your intuitive perceptions have been reduced, which is true for all of humanity. Some have greater ability and perception than others and are blessed in that regard, but that does not have to do with character or worthiness of the person, some are simply greater victims of the interlopers than others. With respect to your family, the Protocol will protect them from outside energies of all kinds, and this includes scalar energies and directed energy weapons of the type you have concern with. It is important to have protections in place, and to request them, and to do so on a regular basis to keep the intention strong as situations can shift over time with respect to the intentions of the interlopers if they gather in earnest and focus intently on the task of undermining someone. It takes a considerable countermeasure to restrain this totally, therein lies the wisdom in what you are thinking and wanting to see happen. It certainly will not unless it is requested explicitly, but the Protocol is a perfect tool for this because it includes many, many aspects for protection and for healing as well. In addition to which, it works on the perpetrators in parallel and that will help as well because there are two ways to skin the cat—one is to help the cat, the other is to take away the weapon from those who would do the skinning, and this is what will help in the long term to convince the interlopers to stand down from their dark aims and leave everyone alone, and simply move on. This is the ultimate best answer for humanity. Any work you contribute along these lines will serve to help in reaching that goal. In the meantime, you can help to keep your family safe by using the Protocol to target them, and the interlopers will be included automatically according to the wording of the Protocol itself. There are energetic attacks being directed at you and your family as well. They are not high energy particle beam weapons, it is an energetic attack of the kind used to constrain people to cause them discomfort and to essentially distract them from their day-to-day life, and cause disruption, and render them less effective in their normal function, so this is a lower-level type of attack than would be an attempt to kill outright.
