Will our proposed request to pool the energies of all Lightworker Healing Protocol sessions by all practitioners be allowed, but will only pool the new sessions launched giving this request and permission, and not prior Protocol sessions?

This indeed is the case. We are sticklers, so to speak, in following human intention quite closely. This you know well from your many long efforts to squeeze more and more meaning and benefit from the Protocol and its component parts. We must be very scrupulous to not make exceptions because then we enter into many gray zones that will cause trouble because of inequities in the application of energies. The rules are there for a purpose and cannot be broken without very, very special circumstances and many efforts to compensate for the distortion it requires. So unfortunately, the prior sessions not including the actual intention for this to be shared by other practitioners, cannot simply be done retroactively by someone requesting this in the future. If you think about this it, in effect, is a kind of theft potentially, taking something without permission. Borrowing the work and efforts of others for one's own purposes without permission is an ethical breach. Not that it would be refused necessarily, but nonetheless must be approached from the divine perspective of being respectful and obtaining permission for what one takes from others. That is different than the offering of benefits, that can be accepted or rejected by the higher self of the recipient, as is appropriate for individual circumstances. So we can only do the pooling of requests launched with this permission in place provided by the wording of the Protocol update.
