We see this as approximately half and half. But keep in mind that the predominantly karmic influence, in the absence of parallel bullying, is rarely in the absence of parallel bullying in the current life on top as a provocation and enhancer of the prior karmic disposition to experience this dynamic. And in addition, the karmic carryover is almost always the direct or indirect consequence of spirit meddler corruption of the people involved directly, or in their past perpetrators, causing them to be damaged by carrying out acts of bullying or to be victims, setting them up for a karmic replay in the current lifetime. So this is a very high percentage when all the chain of participants is included in the tally.
