This was caused artificially by the Extraterrestrial Alliance capitalizing on what has come to be perceived as fire season and making the most of it by causing this widespread devastation of property and taking with it many human lives. This was accompanied by heavy mind control manipulation as well, to create complacency and to help cover up the anomalies inevitably present when the extraterrestrials manipulate things.
