The latter is the case, and the reason is that the energy of the practitioner flowing from their intention is informed by the practitioner’s awareness of what is being requested by the Protocol within each individual request and instruction. If this is never read and understood by the practitioner, it simply cannot be included as a part of the overall intention for the Protocol work to be done. So there must be an exposure of the practitioner to all new components of the Protocol for them to be a part of what takes place. This is simply keeping things honest and doing them in a specific, and deliberate, and thorough fashion, and not making assumptions, and taking shortcuts, and assuming the divine realm can do some of your work for you—that would force them to be leading and to extend your reach further than your grasp, and that cannot be allowed.
