This can be done, but the practitioner must be mindful of the upper limit of their reach. So if the family entourage and its numbers exceed what can be supported by the practitioner’s energy, this would have the tradeoff of limiting each session to that single individual, and so it is a fine idea because it maximizes the benefits for the collective humanity but does come at the expense of the practitioner needing to do more sessions. If there are a group of unrelated people to be worked on, then the time and labor for the practitioner will go up accordingly. That is something that needs to be sorted out by the human decision making. This can also be extended in perpetuity.
