The extraterrestrials have carried out a Disclosure initiative already in the past, but were, indeed, not pleased with the future projections that ensued and decided to go back in time and rework things to prepare more carefully in the build-up in order to have a more effective presentation and a more decisive embracing of their proposal. This is a good illustration of why they are seemingly slow to act once they decide to do something. They have been burned before in pulling the trigger too quickly with respect to ambitious plans that have profound objectives. Their egos will get the best of them at times and their arrogance provides a false sense of security because they feel so superior and all-powerful. But that is a trap because they lack the objectivity provided by divine alignment where beliefs and opinions are balanced and this provides a higher understanding and a more accurate framework for life choices. Because the memory of prior events is replaced through a time travel restart to repeat a segment of time, this gives them the latitude to have a makeover and optimize their strategy without this being known by the humans they manipulate. This is why there is not a general awareness at all of the prior reality. It was simply undone through a time travel reset. As we have explained, there will be an influence on the akashic records from that prior event, but not something that is in conscious awareness except as a bleed-through intuitively, as happens with precognitive awarenesses. But people with such experiences will not know what to make of these subtle impressions nor those who have dreams based on past events that became undone with respect to the major timeline but then were accessed by the deep subconscious exploring the akashic records.
